Policy
1. Purpose
Special meals may be accommodated with advance notice.
The UCC Cafeteria exists to provide affordable, nutritious, and convenient meal options for students, faculty, and staff. This policy outlines guidelines for the proper use of the cafeteria facilities and services.
2. Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Holidays: Closed
Sunday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
3. Eligibility for Service
Cafeteria services are available to:
All registered students
Faculty and staff
Authorized visitors and contractors
4. Payments
Payments can be made via cash or debit/credit card (When the total is over $500) when picking up the food.
No personal cheques will be accepted.
5. Code of Conduct
All patrons are expected to:
Treat cafeteria staff and other patrons with respect.
Maintain a clean and respectful environment.
Return trays and dispose of waste properly after meals.
Refrain from bringing outside food into the dining area (unless for medical or religious reasons).
6. Health & Safety
In accordance with public health guidelines, hand sanitization stations are provided at entrances.
Food handlers are certified and trained in proper food safety protocols.
Patrons showing symptoms of illness may be asked not to dine on the premises.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
While we strive to label allergens clearly, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Patrons with food allergies or dietary restrictions should consult cafeteria staff before ordering.
